Data Acquisition
This is an optional module which allows to perform the following operations easily and rapidly:
- produce a final statement of the resources employed, based on a user-defined logic
- check the progress of activities
- manage data transfer into log files.
The technical department or the person who is responsible for checking the activities can have a complete and updated view of the progress of the activities of all operators, all machines and the quantities produced.
PDA Final Statement Manager
This module allows a check of the data acquired in production by means of a simple interface, where it is possible to select the transactions occurred in connection with any acquired data. On the selected data it is possible to produce a final statement of time of man/machine resources of the selected data displaying them in a format that can be used by other office automation products. It is also possible to consult and/or send the transactions to log archives according to user-defineable patterns. Since the production data are available in real time, it is also possible to check the activities in progress and those completed, together with the quantities produced.
