NCEval

 

NCEVAL module is a product designed by NC to provide information on the real time processing of the pieces starting from the ISO code of the CNC.

 

Accuracy

The module is configured to recognize the specific ISO code of the CNC, its events / functions and any possible manual operation. It will be possible to carry out the syntax check of the ISO code, the final balance of work / rapid / Table, grouped by Tool / Phase and Total . It also activates the toolpath simulation using ThinSimulator module. The simulation phase enables immediate verification of changes to the ISO program enabling integration with tool graphics , workpiece , fixture and, if required, machine graphics.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Custom

The reports generated can be stored in custom formats for a possible centralized management of estimates and/or final balances.
NCEVAL can be added to automatic procedures for creating final accounting / project management or CAM systems.
